“Ruscana Engineering” is the developing and manufacturing company. The main products are metal processing lines such as cut-to-length lines, slitting lines, rollforming lines (metal tile, metal deck, metal siding, metal facing panel, sandwich panels, metal roof boarding, drywall profiles and others). Company has service department which is responsible for warranty and after sales service and can also be involved for development on modern lines of other manufactures.

This business was established in 2002 by group of enthusiasts who were working in manufacturing of rollforming production, such as metal tiles, metal decks, metal siding, metal facing panels, metal roof boarding, drywall profiles and others.

The foundation of our company is a design-engineering department, which is consisting from higher-educated specialists from “Bauman Moscow State Technical University” who have a wealth of experience in rollforming sphere. In our design-engineering department we are using the most advanced software in 3D and 2D modeling.

The production capacities give “Ruscana Engineering” an opportunity to cooperate with main Russian companies on a field of software, researching and supplying hydro/pneumo-equipment. All equipment is developing on circuit module with necessary standardization of components and parts. Our engineering design allows us to retrofit our equipment in future with using new ideas and innovations.

The constant keeping of reliability and infallibility is also approved by using electrical and electron components from one of the sector leader – company “Omron” (Japan). For the purpose of approving high level quality of our equipment we produce all our tools from high quality alloy steel with the following tempering.

In these latter days we occupy our attention for industrial design of our equipment. In now time there are a lot of equipment with actual designer solutions. We always pay our attention to Russian environments. Our drive group, guillotine shear, rollforming area – all is dustproofing.
